    Yes, as part of our owner services we offer ACH direct deposits into the owner’s bank account.

  • How and when do I receive my checks?
    We disburse owner payments between the 9th and 13th of each month.
  • How is rent collection handled?
    Tenants have multiple convenient options for paying rent. They can pay in person at our office, utilize online banking, pay at select 7-Eleven or CVS Pharmacy locations, or even use their credit card via our online portal.
  • What is the duration of the lease you sign?
    Typically, our leases are for one year, but the duration can be adjusted with the owner's approval.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
    The minimum rent required is equivalent to one month's rent plus a cleaning deposit. These amounts vary depending on the tenant's qualifications.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?
    We can start managing your property right away. Just give us a call at 702-625-5720 and we'll take care of the rest.
  • What type of property do you manage?
    We manage a wide range of properties, including single-family homes, condominiums, townhouses, and apartment complexes.
  • What type of reports do I get and how often?
    You'll receive monthly owner statements, providing comprehensive reports on your investment's performance. Plus, enjoy 24/7 access to your owner portal for seamless management.
  • Who holds the tenant security deposit?
    We do hold all tenant’s deposits in a separate trust account as mandated by NAC645.655.
